Supporters leave gifts in wills to Tree Aid for lots of reasons, but most have a common desire to see the life-transforming work they supported continue after they're gone. Tree Aid is a UK registered charity and therefore gifts and bequests to us are generally exempt from Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax if you are a UK taxpayer. Please seek advice from your solicitor about Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
