Regular giving

Support Tree Aid with a regular gift

Choose how you would like to give

£3 a month could provide communities with tools to turn tree products into goods to sell at market.
£5 a month could provide essential training to communities to protect their forests.
£10 a month could plant a tree for every month of the year, providing a long-term food source, improving incomes and restoring the land for future generations.
£35 could provide a community with training and skills to look after their trees and produce more crops to eat and sell.
£50 could provide five life-changing trees that give a family nutritious food to eat and sell.
£100 could provide a family with the tools they need in order to look after their trees.

You can create long-lasting change by helping us plan for the future.

Your regular gift, no matter how big or small, when combined with others who are as committed to supporting people living in the drylands of Africa and protecting the environment, creates meaningful change for livelihoods and landscapes.

With your reliable donation, we can plan for the future as we’ll know what to expect each month. Together, we can develop sustainable and long-term change across the drylands of Africa.

Meet Faustina

Faustina is a resilient farmer, mother, and wife to a family of five in Ghana. Despite her relentless efforts to support her family, she faces persistent challenges.

Erratic rain patterns make it difficult for her to know when she can begin sowing her seeds without them spoiling. Poor soil quality also makes it harder to grow crops.

Since joining the project, Faustina has received training in farming practices for nutrition gardens, cultivating trees like baobab and moringa. This training has boosted yields, ensuring year-round food security for Faustina and her family.

“I am excited because I believe that when you give fish to someone, there will be a time you will not be there to give fish to that person. But if you teach someone how to fish, the person will continue to eat and eat, and the future generation will be eating even after you have gone.” - Faustina

Innovative technology

In response to the climate challenges, Tree Aid began drilling solar-powered boreholes which are an exciting innovative technology that works by installing a pump that goes underground and linking it to solar panels.

The power of the sun then draws up water from deep in the earth, which helps communities to water nutrition gardens effortlessly, an amazing tool when trying to grow trees and crops in areas where water is scarce.

Faustina and others in the community can now easily fetch water to drink, cook with and use on the farm and are better equipped to deal with the effects of climate change.

Join the movement

There has never been a more relevant and crucial time at Tree Aid to scale up our work and support people like Faustina.

If we can plan, knowing we’ll receive a little donation each month, we can replicate projects like this one and create long-term change across the drylands of Africa. More communities like Faustina's can be given the support they need to adapt to the climate crisis.

This is a movement for change, and we need you to be a part of it. Your support can help make a lasting difference—will you join us?

When you join Tree Aid with a regular gift, we’ll keep you updated on how your support is having an impact.  You’ll receive our bi-annual Update Magazine, Mini Impact Report and stories of project participants whose lives have been transformed by your generosity.

You can change the way we contact you at any time by emailing info@treeaid.org or calling 0117 909 6363.
